Cyril de Bazelaire

Cyril de Bazelaire has extensive experience in human resources, holding the position of HR Director at Dimension Data Luxembourg and HRD Luxembourg at NTT Ltd. since 2019. Prior roles include Responsable RH at T-Systems, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team across six business units and providing strategic HR support during organizational changes. Cyril has a strong background in recruitment, having worked as a senior recruitment consultant at APERLEAD and as a recruitment consultant at HARMON CONSULTANTS. Additional expertise includes legal roles at Marsh, Lafarge, and the Ministry of European Affairs. Cyril holds a Master 2 in European Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Master 1 in Business Law from Université Paris Nanterre, along with an Erasmus degree in Law from the University of Reading.
