Ashley Fairley is a Human Resources Coordinator with significant experience in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Currently providing support for three Hilton properties at Dimension Hospitality since August 2022, Ashley implements new management policies, engages employees, and assists with benefits and transfer requests. Previously, Ashley held a similar role at Hermitage Hall, focusing on associate transfers and promotions while ensuring compliance with CARF and DCS regulations. Early career experience includes roles as a Medical Administrative Assistant and Medical Receptionist, alongside an internship at State Farm Insurance Agency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and several associate degrees from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

Dimension hotels maintain sophisticated sales and marketing databases linked to our home office server. Weekly forecasting modules provide our financial partners with timely performance data and projections. Plus, all hotel management associates are required to attend training/certification programs to support the level of professionalism and competence we demand of all Dimension management level associates.
