Kathleen Dupaty, MBA, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Kathleen currently holds the position of Regional Director of Human Resources at Dimension Hospitality, where they have been since June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Employee Relations Consultant at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport from February 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they served as an HR Employee Relations Partner at Goodwill Industries of N.W., LA from an unspecified date in 2014 to February 2020.
Kathleen Dupaty, MBA, SHRM-CP has a strong educational background in business and human resources. Kathleen earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Northcentral University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of General Studies with a focus on Social Science at Northwestern State University from 2014 to 2018.
In addition to their academic achievements, Kathleen also holds a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) which they obtained in August 2020 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
