Priya Nair Pereira has a diverse background in various industries. Priya is currently working as the Regional Director of Finance at Dimension Hospitality. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at JW Marriott Houston Downtown, including Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, and Food and Beverage Quality and Training Manager. Priya also worked as a Multi-Unit Retail Food Service Location Manager at ARAMARK - Higher Education. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Marketing and Conference Associate at HOSPITALITYLAWYER.COM, INC., a Manager at MEZZA LUNA RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE, a Senior Projects Assistant at YOUTHAIDS/POPULATION SERVICES INTERNATIONAL, and an Account Manager at WORTHAM INSURANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT.
Priya Nair Pereira holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Hospitality Management from Conrad N. Hilton College. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. Priya also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies - Public Communication from the same institution.

Dimension hotels maintain sophisticated sales and marketing databases linked to our home office server. Weekly forecasting modules provide our financial partners with timely performance data and projections. Plus, all hotel management associates are required to attend training/certification programs to support the level of professionalism and competence we demand of all Dimension management level associates.
