Sandra Haynes has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the hospitality and marketing industries. Sandra started their career in 1991 at Certified Vacations, where they progressed through multiple positions and eventually became the Senior Manager of Partnership Marketing. In 1998, they joined Meridian Associates as the Director of Marketing. Sandra then moved on to Dimension Hospitality in 2000, where they served as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as the General Sales Manager at Isle of Capri Casinos. In 2007, they became the Executive Director of the Shreveport Bar Association, managing its day-to-day affairs and leading various initiatives. In 2012, they joined Dimension Hospitality again, this time as the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for the Mid-South Region.
Sandra Haynes attended LSU Shreveport from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with Honors. Afterward, they enrolled in Pittsburgh Technical College to study Tourism and Travel Services Management. However, no specific start or end year for their time at Pittsburgh Technical College is mentioned.

Plus, all hotel management associates are required to attend training/certification programs to support the level of professionalism and competence we demand of all Dimension management level associates.
