Valerie Khey

Valerie Khey has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Valerie most recently worked as the Complex Director of Human Resources at Marriott Boca/HGI for Dimension Hospitality, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources for Marriott International from October 2021 to April 2022. Valerie also worked as the Director of Human Resources for Boca Raton Marriott at Town Center, managed by Dimension Development, from June 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Dimension Development, they held positions as a Senior HRM at Renaissance Fort Lauderdale/Plantation hotel for White Lodging Services from September 2018 to March 2020, and as an HRM at Renaissance Plantation from June 2016 to September 2018. Valerie also served as the Director of Human Resources for Remington Hotels from February 2015 to April 2016. Valerie has a long history with Marriott International, holding various HR roles such as Director of Personnel from June 2007 to November 2009, HR Manager from December 2006 to June 2007, HR Supervisor from June 2003 to June 2006, HR Generalist from August 2001 to June 2003, HR Assistant from August 2000 to August 2001, Housekeeping Supervisor from March 2000 to August 2000, and main linen room attendant from June 1999 to March 2000.

Valerie Khey completed their Bachelor's degree in industrial psychology from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito between the years 1994 and 1998.
