Bradley Brennan

Chief Science Officer at Dimensional Energy

Bradley Brennan has a diverse work experience in various scientific and research roles.

Bradley is currently working as the Chief Science Officer at Dimensional Energy, where they are responsible for leading the development of chemical reactors and catalysts for the production of syngas and sustainable chemicals. Bradley is also focused on developing pathways for using carbon dioxide and water as inputs in the production of chemicals and fuels.

Prior to this, Bradley served as the Vice President of Research and Development at Dimensional Energy, where they were involved in grant writing, investor decks, patenting, human resources, supply chain management, and R&D. Bradley led a team of scientists and engineers to advance solar-to-chemicals technologies.

Bradley also worked as a Visitor and a Resnick Sustainability Institute Prize Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Caltech. Their research focused on the design and synthesis of molecular electrocatalysts for CO2 reduction to CO, and the development of porphyrin-based multi-metallic molecules for electrocatalytic applications and energy storage.

Bradley has also held roles as an Adjunct Faculty at Arizona State University, a Senior Research Chemist at Versum Materials, a Scientific Consultant at Fuzionaire Diagnostics and CBS Corporation, a Senior Scientist at Rayn Innovations, and a post-doctoral associate/associate research scientist at Yale University. In these roles, they worked on various projects related to materials synthesis, chemical formulations, and instrumentation.

Bradley's early experience includes working as a post-doctoral researcher and a graduate student at Arizona State University, where they conducted research on metal oxide functionalization and synthesized metal oxide nanoparticles for thin film preparation. Bradley also had an internship at Arizona Technology Enterprises, where they analyzed biomedical technologies and performed market analyses for technology transfer purposes.

Bradley Brennan completed their education history with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Arizona State University, which they obtained between the years 2005 and 2012. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a focus on Biochemistry/Cell/Molecular Biology from Drake University from 2001 to 2005.
