Tejratna Chavan

Tejratna Chavan has worked as a Technical Consultant and Project Engineer at Unitop Multitech India Pvt. Ltd. from 2018 to 2022, where they represented their company at IBAAS-2018 and was project lead for the manufacturing of an integral pressing device for a vacuum belt filter. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rutgers University-New Brunswick Catalyst Manufacturing Consortium, where they performed experiments to understand the thermal properties of bulk powders and analyzed the impact of drying on impregnated catalyst pellets. In 2023, they joined Dimensional Energy as a Catalyst Engineer.

Tejratna Chavan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2018. In 2021, Chavan began studies at Rutgers University–New Brunswick and completed a Master of Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering in 2022. Additionally, Chavan obtained various certifications such as Six Sigma Advanced Analyze Phase, Six Sigma Advanced Define and Measure Phases, Six Sigma and the Organization (Advanced), Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, Building Resilience as a Leader, Management Foundations, and Project Management Skills for Leaders from various institutions like Coursera, Aveta Business Institute, and LinkedIn in 2022 and 2023.
