Joseph L is a co-founder of Optimal Approach Golf, established in April 2020, where the focus is on enhancing the performance of top professional golfers through data analysis. In addition to this role, Joseph L has been an Analyst in Investment Analytics and Data at Dimensional Fund Advisors since August 2019, having previously interned in the same division and in Recruiting Analytics. Joseph L's career in golf began at Crooked Stick Golf Club as an Honor Caddy, where over 500 rounds were caddied for members and guests between June 2009 and August 2016. Educationally, Joseph L is a graduate of the Texas McCombs School of Business, completing studies from 2015 to 2019.
