Steve Schneider

Steve Schneider serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Total Rewards at Dimensional Fund Advisors, beginning in August 2023. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at Vanguard from March 2011 to August 2023, including Global Head of Executive & Sales Compensation, where responsibilities included overseeing the executive and sales compensation functions and partnering with a range of stakeholders. Other roles at Vanguard encompassed Director of Global Compensation, Head of Total Rewards in Europe, and Senior Manager of Compensation Consulting. Prior to Vanguard, Steve worked at Korn Ferry as a Consultant and Associate, focusing on reward services for the industrial and consumer goods sectors. Educational credentials include an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a Master's in Human Resources from Penn State University.
