Jim Baker

Founder at Dimensional Innovations

Jim began his career as a successful commercial photographer and photography lab owner. He helped found Dimensional Innovations, and grew it using his ability to stimulate personal and group excellence and transform a small startup company into something superb. Today, he remains dedicated to the strategic vision of the company and champions the firm’s unique culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence.

Prior to his business career, Jim enjoyed a successful skydiving career as a member of the United States Free Fall Exhibition Team, the United States Parachute Team, and three World Teams. He’s completed more than 3,500 jumps, 600 of which were completed as a free-fall cameraman. He had the distinct honor of being part of the crew that assisted President George W. Bush on his first two skydives.
