Matt Ludwikosky

Matt Ludwikosky is the current Technology Innovation Lead at Dimensional Innovations. Prior to their current position, Ludwikosky was an HR Benefits Specialist at Scott County Hospital from October 2015 to May 2016. In this role, they managed benefit programs for employees and assisted with hospital operations, such as creating documentation packets, updating forms according to State and Federal guidelines, and onboarding new hires. Ludwikosky also communicated with benefit provider companies to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently, and processed payroll for 250 employees.

Prior to their role at Scott County Hospital, Ludwikosky worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Kansas State Bank from November 2011 to April 2014. In this role, they diagnosed and corrected issues affecting enterprise operations, built and imaged workstations with a minimum of downtime, troubleshot software problems for Windows, Office, and banking programs, and maintained the asset database. Ludwikosky also performed asset inventories and organized spare equipment based on projected need, as well as created and implemented a disaster recovery imaging plan utilizing a VM solution on retired workstations.

Before their time at Kansas State Bank, Ludwikosky was Business Manager at 3 Axis Inc. from October 2010 to June 2011.

Matt Ludwikosky has a BS in Business from Kansas State University and a BS in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
