Tanya Procknow

Tanya Procknow serves as the Office Manager and Consultant at Dimensional Insight since October 2006, where responsibilities include resource allocation, staff management, and the implementation of operational procedures. Additionally, Tanya has served as the Recruiting Coordinator for Pinellas Heat Volleyball since October 2022, educating families on college recruitment processes. From January 2013 to September 2023, Tanya held the position of Volleyball Program Director at Mentoring Valuable Proteges, Inc., focusing on youth development. Tanya has also contributed to the Miami Xtreme Volleyball Academy as Technical Director and held various leadership roles at the Junior Roller Derby Association from 2009 to 2018. Tanya earned a BA in English from Stetson University in 1997.
