Enitan Ojebuoboh

Enitan Ojebuoboh is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in facilitating Agile methodologies across multiple organizations. Currently at the University of Maryland Capital Region Health since March 2019, Enitan has successfully led two scrum teams to achieve a 21% reduction in delivery time and a 25% increase in ROI. Prior to this, Enitan has been a Scrum Master at Shoppers Supermarket since November 2017, ensuring comprehensive documentation of project requirements and facilitating all essential scrum ceremonies. Enitan also served as a Scrum Master and Project Manager at Target from March 2015 to October 2017, where responsibilities included understanding user expectations and leading project execution. Earlier experience includes the role of Project Coordinator at Target Maryland, where Enitan developed project plans and managed project documentation and timelines.
