Ivan Z.

Ivan Z is an experienced medical professional with a background in palliative medicine and sickle cell treatment. With a Doctor of Medicine degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and completion of a residency at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Ivan has held various leadership positions in hospitals and clinics, including serving as a Medical Director and Chair of the Ethics Committee. Currently, Ivan is the Medical Director of the Sickle Cell Treatment Center at the University of Maryland Capital Region Health and also owns Compassionate Specialty Clinic, LLC where Ivan provides supportive care to patients and families with advanced illness.
