Karen Booker

Karen Booker has a diverse work experience starting from 1998. Karen worked as a Payroll Officer at Sun Life of Canada from 1998 to 2002. Later, they joined Waverley Borough Council and worked as an Exchequer Services Manager from 2002 to 2012. In this role, they managed key support services and ensured efficient and cost-effective operations. Karen then transitioned into various roles within Waverley Borough Council, including an IT Project Officer and an Employee and Business Services Manager. From 2015 to 2016, Karen worked as a Group HR Operations Manager at Activate Learning, where they operated ethically and professionally, implemented HR strategy and policy, and contributed to business improvement. Currently, Karen is employed at Dimensions UK as the Head of Transactional Finance since 2016.

Karen Booker obtained a BA (HONS) degree in Social Science from Solent University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
