Nicola Sidgwick

Nicola Sidgwick is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Regional HR Business Partner at Dimensions UK since December 2015. Prior roles include Regional HR Business Partner at Everest Home Improvements from April 2013 to October 2015 and HR Business Partner at NORCAS from March 2010 to March 2013. Earlier in the career, Nicola held the position of Regional HR Adviser at Anglian Windows from October 2004 to February 2010 and served as an HR Assistant at Circle Anglia from July 2001 to October 2004. Nicola holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Derby and is a qualified member of the CIPD.
