Rita de Nicola

Rita De Nicola is currently a Research Assistant at the University of Bath, alongside working as a Support Worker at Dimensions UK since January 2023, where high-quality care is provided to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Previous roles include assisting Dr. Jo Daniels on the Psychologically Informed Policy and Practice Development project at the University of Bath, where responsibilities encompassed research dissemination and publication support. Rita's experience also includes customer service as a Barista at Balulas Deli, medical administration as a Medical Secretary for Dr. De Nicola GP, and an internship focusing on child development at the Municipality of Sorrento. Rita holds a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of Bath and a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
