Theo van Zalen

Theo van Zalen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Theo is currently working as the Sales & Marketing Director at Dimensys Process & IT Consulting, where they oversee business consultancy services and software solutions based on SAP software. Prior to this, Theo worked as a Business Coach at Stratos Coaching, inspiring individuals and organizations to collaborate and achieve their goals.

Before joining Dimensys and Stratos Coaching, Theo held the position of Regional Sales Director at Splunk, a leading software platform for machine data analytics. Theo was responsible for helping customers gain real-time operational intelligence from large streams of machine-generated data.

Theo also has experience working at Finalist, a company that specializes in connecting people and organizations through web development and integration solutions. During their time at Finalist, they served as the CEO and later as the Director of Sales, Pre-sales Consultancy, and Marketing.

Prior to Finalist, Theo worked at SAP as the Sales Director Industries, where they led a team responsible for driving top-line growth in the Discrete Manufacturing, Services, Energy, and Natural Resources sectors. Theo played a key role in business planning, solution selling, and coaching their sales team.

Earlier in their career, Theo worked at Ricoh Nederland in various managerial roles, including Business Unit Manager, Commercial Manager for Managed Services, and Commercial Manager for Direct Sales. Theo was responsible for overseeing sales teams, business process outsourcing, document management solutions, and IT infra solutions.

Theo's career began at Nashuatec-Farrington, where they held positions such as Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, Product Marketeer, and Account Manager. At Nashuatec-Farrington, they focused on document management, workflow solutions, and providing specific solutions for different industries.

Before joining Nashuatec-Farrington, Theo worked as a Solutions Architect at Fleetlogic, where they specialized in designing solutions.

Theo van Zalen pursued their first degree at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc) in Applied Computer and Information Sciences. Theo continued their education at the same institution for an additional year, from 1993 to 1994, and obtained another Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc), this time in Business Administration and Management, General.

Later on, Theo van Zalen advanced their education by attending Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2000 to 2003. During this period, they pursued a Management Science program and obtained an academic degree of Master of Science (MSc) or drs.

In 2014, Theo van Zalen furthered their studies at Phoenix Opleidingen for the Applied Psychology/Mental Coaching program. Theo completed this Bachelor's degree program in 2017.

Throughout their education, Theo van Zalen focused on various fields of study, including Applied Computer and Information Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Management Science, and Applied Psychology/Mental Coaching.
