Jennifer Goldsack began their work experience in 2007 as an athlete for USRowing. In 2008, they transitioned to a research assistant role at Penn Medicine, where they stayed until 2011. Jennifer then rejoined USRowing as an athlete for a brief period before becoming a graduate student researcher at Penn Medicine from 2012 to 2013. From 2009 to 2013, Goldsack also worked as a consultant at the Center for Medical Technology Policy. In 2013, they joined the Value Institute, Christiana Care Health System as a founding team member and research associate until 2015. Goldsack then worked at the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative, first as a project manager from 2015 to 2017 and then as a senior project manager from 2017 to 2018. Jennifer later became the VP of Digital Measurement at monARC Bionetworks from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Goldsack took on the role of Head of Portfolio, Strategy, & Ops at HealthMode before becoming the Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Medicine Society in May 2019.
Jennifer Goldsack completed their MChem degree in Chemistry at the University of Oxford in 2005. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in History and Sociology of Science, Technology and Medicine, which they earned from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013. In 2015, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Healthcare from The George Washington University School of Business. Additionally, Jennifer has acquired certifications such as "Fast Track to Digital Clinical Trials: Pharma Edition" from the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) in June 2023, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification and the National Association for Healthcare Quality, respectively.
