Sarah Valentine

Sarah Valentine has a diverse work experience with a focus on digital medicine and technology innovation. Sarah is currently working as a Partnerships Manager at Digital Medicine Society (DiMe), where they manage strategic partnerships across the life sciences industry and leads business development and growth initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Sarah worked at Eli Lilly and Company for several years. Sarah started as an IT Intern in 2017 and later progressed to various positions within the company. As a Digital Implementation Lead, they were responsible for leading the design and implementation of digital technologies in drug and device studies, driving innovation in the emerging digital medicine space. Sarah also served as a Digital Biomarkers Internet of Things (IoT) Implementation Lead, where they led the implementation of digital technologies in clinical studies and established clinical trial device provisioning capability within the company. In addition, Sarah took on the role of COVID-19 Drive-Thru Clinic Device Management Capability Lead, where they managed a team and oversaw the distribution of devices in a drive-thru clinic, focusing on device accountability, sanitation, and process improvement.

Before joining Eli Lilly and Company, Sarah held various roles during their time at Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity, where they served as the Vice President and International Chair from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as a Student Assistant at Miami University IT Services, an Integrated Supply Chain Intern at Greenlee, a Senator in the Associated Student Government, and a Pharmacy Technician at Axline Pharmacy.

Overall, Sarah Valentine has a strong background in digital medicine, strategic partnerships, and technology implementation, with experience in leadership, innovation, and business development.

Sarah Valentine attended the Illinois Math and Science Academy from 2011 to 2014. Sarah then went on to study Management Information Systems, General at Miami University from 2014 to 2018, where they also obtained the China Business Program certification in May 2018. In February 2017, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional. Sarah recently obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification in May 2021. Additionally, they hold the Stamps Leadership Scholar award from the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation, Inc.
