Shalini Karuna

Shalini Karuna is a highly experienced Team Lead in Talent Acquisition at both VDart Digital and VDart Software Services Pvt Ltd. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes. Shalini also worked as a Recruitment Coordinator, managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process and conducting testing and preliminary interviews.
