Keith W Hayes possesses extensive experience in technology and business development, currently serving as a Joint Venture Partner with Leqamel Development Corporation since October 2022. As CEO of Troika Technologies Inc. since March 1995, Hayes leads a team that provides comprehensive ICT services, including corporate business plan scripting and financial services model design. In addition to roles at Dimonoff and Titan IT, where Hayes focuses on business development and IT consulting solutions for small and medium enterprises, Hayes previously held the position of Managing Director at Virtual Connect Technologies (C3) Inc. from April 2016 to March 2020, where educational programs were developed around CompTIA and Fibre Optic certifications. Additionally, from September 2014 to March 2017, Hayes worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for Sexqeltkemc Enterprises Inc/SXCloud, delivering business plans for cloud computing and internet service ventures. Hayes holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Concordia University and graduated from Lachine High School.
