Brad Overby is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Dina. Brad has previously served as Vice President of Business Development at KinetiCor, Inc. and Principal at Mountain Summit Advisors, LLC.

Mountain Summit Advisors is a specialty firm focused on mergers and acquisition of primarily healthcare technology and services firms. Mountain Summit Advisors (MSA) was founded in 2012 by principals that have had extensive experience in the world of Healthcare IT products and services. These Healthcare senior executives have built firms organically and through acquisition. By buying and selling firms over the past 30 years, the MSA executives bring a unique operational “hands on” perspective to the marketplace.

Mountain Summits Advisors unique approach is to assist a firm to prepare for their eventual merger or acquisition. This unique consulting service in the areas of business strategy, market plan development, financial and accounting preparation, and future plan development. MSA's goal is to help clients prepare for their merger or acquisition so they can maximize their value and their past investments.

Brad Overby's educational career includes studying Business Administration and Management at the University of Minnesota, Brigham Young University, and Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
