Peter Watson

Peter Watson is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & People Operations at Dine Brands Global since May 2015. In this role, Peter is accountable for the design and development of integrated recruitment strategies and oversees a team of six with full budget responsibility for talent acquisition and HRIS functions. Prior to Dine Brands, Peter held key positions at Live Nation Entertainment/Ticketmaster as Director of Recruiting, where responsibilities included strategic HR initiatives, and at Integris Consulting Group as an Executive Recruiter, providing staffing solutions across various disciplines. Earlier in the career, Peter served as Recruiting Manager at Thomas & Associates, Senior Recruiter at Smart Resources, and Senior Consultant at Barrett Partners, focusing on Accounting and Finance talent acquisition. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University.
