James Tomlinson has a extensive background in the hospitality industry, starting as a Head Chef at Queen Hotel in 2006. James then progressed through various roles such as Sous Chef at Barton Grange Hotel and Chef at Harrisons Catering. James later transitioned into management roles, working as Relief Manager and Kitchen Manager at Interserve. James currently holds the position of Area Support Manager at Dine Contract Catering Ltd.
