Carlos Castellanos Mera

Carlos Castellanos Mera possesses extensive experience in the financial and process analysis sectors, currently serving as Jefe de soluciones funcionales at Diners Club del Ecuador since June 2014, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of digital financial products and services, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and the execution of digital banking solutions. Notable achievements include the implementation of the Core Banking T24 system and the establishment of Ecuador's first digital bank. Prior roles include Senior Process Analyst at Zaimella, where Carlos implemented JD Edwards ERP, and various positions focused on quality assurance and process consulting. Carlos holds a Master of Digital Transformation and Business Development from Universitat de Barcelona and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on productivity from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
