Daniel Montalvo Figueroa is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Diners Club del Ecuador since 2003. In this role, Daniel is responsible for comprehensive personnel management and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, overseeing talent management processes, workforce planning, competency management, performance management, and digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, Daniel serves as the Director of the Master's program in Talent Management at Universidad de Las Américas, has been an invited professor at various institutions, including Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar and Escuela de Empresas USFQ, and previously held a senior role at Banco Pichincha.
