Claus Bork

Claus Bork is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Group CFO at Dinex Group since July 2025. Previously, Claus held the position of Group CFO at Schur International a/s from June 2006 to June 2025, leading various financial activities including liquidity management, M&A, and sustainability initiatives as head of an interdisciplinary ESG team. Claus also served as Group Finance Director at Schur International a/s, overseeing consolidation processes, taxation, budgeting, and due diligence for acquisitions. Additionally, Claus has been a board member at Konsul Axel Schur og Hustrus Mindefond and worked as a state-authorized public accountant at KPMG Denmark. Claus holds a Master of Science in auditing from Aarhus University and has completed a Mini MBA at Probana Business School.
