Piotr Borowski

Piotr Borowski is an experienced financial and corporate governance professional, currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Head of the Audit Committee at Dino Polska S.A., and as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee at TU ZDROWIE SA and Grupa NEUCA. Borowski has also been involved with the Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors in Poland since May 2023. Previous roles include Capital Markets Advisor at PB Consulting, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and various leadership positions at BTA Consulting Ltd and UNIMOT S.A. Borowski holds a Master's degree from Poznan University of Economics and Business, a post-graduate degree in Microeconomics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and an MBA from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw.
