Jоn Newtоn

Jon Newton has worked in the software engineering industry since 2000. Jоn began their career as a Software Engineer at SCAN Business Systems in 2000. In 2005, they moved to Bentley Systems as a Software Engineer. From 2006 to 2018, they worked at Rocket Software, first as a Software Engineer, then as a Manager Software Engineering and finally as a Senior Manager Software Engineering. In 2018, they joined Atlas Travel & Technology Group as a Senior Software Engineer, where they successfully transformed how employees work together to deliver IT/software projects. In 2020, they took on a Software Programmer role at Pandemic Projects, creating open source projects using Vue3, bootstrap, node.js, typescript, JavaScript and numerous AWS services. Currently, they are a Principal Software Engineer at Dino Software Corporation.

Jоn Newtоn holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Stonehill College and is a Triplebyte Certified Generalist Software Engineer, obtained in August 2020, and a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), obtained in June 2018. Jоn also attended Xaverian Brothers High School.
