Lindsey Saad

Lindsey Saad is a Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where a broad litigation practice is maintained, encompassing long-term care, product liability with significant experience in drug and medical device cases, transportation, the equine industry, professional negligence, medical malpractice, and cases involving catastrophic injuries or wrongful death. Prior to this role, Lindsey served as a Member at Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso, PLLC, focusing on the defense of long-term care and product liability cases with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts. Lindsey holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from West Virginia University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political & Economic Philosophy from Wheeling University.
