Roger Aguinaldo is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management. As the Managing Partner at Forest Hills Capital Management since January 2008, Roger focuses on investing in middle and large market companies. Additionally, Roger serves on the Investment Committee for the Pension Fund and Compostela Fund of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, overseeing a significant portion of its portfolio dedicated to alternative investments. As the Founder of The M&A Advisor, Roger has established a leading organization that recognizes excellence in the mergers and acquisitions industry. Roger is also a Senior Advisor at CC Capital, a boutique investment firm, and has held board positions and senior roles at various financial institutions, including NET TV and Merrill Lynch. Roger holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Economics and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
