Laila Sadler serves as the Assistant Head Teacher at the Diocese of Chichester since September 2015, with additional responsibilities as the EYFS/KS1 Lead and English Lead. Concurrently, Laila holds the position of Early Years Teacher at East Sussex County Council since September 2011. Laila's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from the University of Brighton, a Master of Arts in Education from the same institution, and various professional development certifications, including NPQLTD focused on Teacher Education and Professional Development and NPQSL in Educational Leadership from Best Practice Network and Ambition, respectively. Currently, Laila is pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Primary Education at the University of Brighton.
