Helen Rothwell

Helen Rothwell currently serves as the Head of HR at The Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust since July 2020. Prior to this role, Rothwell was the People Director at Norse Group Limited for a brief period in early 2020. Rothwell has extensive experience in human resources, having held several key positions at NorseCare, including HR Director and Senior HR Manager from June 2014 to January 2020. Additional roles include HR Manager at Norse and HR Business Partner at NorseCare from 2011 to 2014, as well as HR Service Partner at Norfolk County Council from 2005 to 2011. Rothwell began a career in HR as HR Manager at Desira Group Plc from 2000 to 2005 and HR Officer at Jarrold Norwich from 1997 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Social & Public Policy from Teesside University and a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development certification in Human Resources Management from Norwich City College.
