Rachel Rayner

Rachel Rayner currently serves as Headteacher at the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT) since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Teaching and Learning Consultant for Primary Mathematics at Herts for Learning and worked as an Inspire Maths Consultant for Oxford University Press from November 2015 to January 2022, specializing in mastery approaches in UK school settings. Rachel's educational background includes a PGCE in Primary phase from Cheltenham and Gloucester College of HE and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Performance Arts from the same institution.
