Carola Carassa

Carola Carassa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office management and administrative support. Currently serving as Office Manager at The Source since January 2016, Carola has also held the position of Administrative Assistant at the Diocese of Grand Rapids since May 2010, where responsibilities include aiding directors with translations, managing volunteers, and organizing information related to community events. Prior roles include Senior Sales Associate at Tradehome Shoes and Sales Associate at Pacific Sunwear, where customer service and inventory management were key responsibilities. Carola holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, both from Grand Valley State University.
