Rigo Cabezas

Rigo Cabezas serves as the Director of Operations for the Diocese of Oakland, a position held since June 2014. Rigo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco, where Rigo studied from September 1995 to May 1997.
