Ricardo Gaiotti Silva

Ricardo Gaiotti is a legal professional with extensive experience in canonical and civil law. Currently serving as a Canonical Assessor and Judge at the Diocese of Orlando since May 2022, Ricardo also teaches Canon Law. In addition, positions include ecclesiastical judge at the Tribunal Eclesiástico de Aparecida since August 2013, legal advisor for various civil and religious associations, and educator at Claretiano - Rede de Educação since August 2018. Previous roles include legal advisor at Mitra Diocesana De Governador Valadares and involvement with the Associação Internacional Privada de Fiéis – Comunidade Canção Nova. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Law from Universidad de Alcalá and Master’s degrees in Canon Law and other legal disciplines from prestigious institutions.
