Scott Fergerson currently serves as the Head of Ecclesiastical Properties and Senior Director of Real Estate at the Diocese of Orlando, a position held since September 2016. In this role, Scott oversees Planning & Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Facilities Maintenance for over 130 parishes and schools within the Diocese, and Scott is a member of the Bishop’s executive cabinet. Prior to this, Scott held roles including Director of Planning & Real Estate at Taylor Morrison, Strategic Planning Manager at Wells Fargo, and Real Estate Asset Manager at Tarragon South Development Corp. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Georgetown University.
