Frank Tortora III has served as General Counsel for the Diocese of Raleigh since November 2018. Prior to this role, Frank worked at Investors Title Company and Affiliates from July 2013 to November 2018 as Underwriting and Escrow Counsel for National Markets, where responsibilities included coordinating underwriting and settlement operations while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Frank also held the role of Title Attorney, providing guidance to national market agents. Earlier experience includes serving as a volunteer for the Wake County Guardian ad Litem Program and as an Associate at Pinna, Johnston & Burwell, P.A., in addition to advocating for children in legal settings. Frank earned a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
