Michael J. Monahan, Esq., MPS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both legal and pastoral roles. Since June 2024, Michael has served as a Deacon at Beach Catholic, contributing to the community as a permanently ordained minister. Michael's tenure at the Diocese of Rockville Centre began in 2011 as a Permanent Deacon, ministering to various parish communities on Long Island. Throughout a successful career in the corporate sector, Michael held significant leadership positions at Grant Thornton LLP from 2010 to 2024, including Servant Leader and National Managing Principal for People & Community. With a background in human resources and legal counsel at organizations such as New York Blood Center, Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre, and Towers Watson, Michael has demonstrated a commitment to guiding both people and organizations. Michael's educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Master's degree in Pastoral Studies from the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception.
