Drew Carney

Drew Carney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. From 2004 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Network Engineer at IMG Academies. Following this, Drew established their own business, Gulfcoast IT Services, where they served as the Owner from 2011 to 2022. In their most recent role, they joined the Diocese of Venice in Florida in May 2022 as the Director of Information Technology. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT across multiple locations and thousands of users, including developing technology strategies and ensuring security and modernization.

Drew Carney completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of South Florida from 1995 to 2000. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued an MBA in Management at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
