Tim Reid has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Class Teacher and ICT Subject Leader at Alston Primary School until 2005. Tim then transitioned to Malvern Parish C.E Primary School, where they served as an Assistant Head Teacher from 2005 to 2006, Deputy Head Teacher from 2006 to 2012, and finally as Headteacher from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Tim became the Owner of REID education and also worked as a Sales Director at Blue Apple Education from October 2015 to December 2016. Since 2016, they have been working with the Diocese of Worcester, initially as the School Effectiveness Lead, Education Adviser, SIAMS Manager, and Training Manager, then as the Deputy Director of Education, and currently as the Diocesan Director of Education, starting from June 2021.
Tim Reid attended Worcester Sixth Form College from 1992 to 2014. During their time there, they pursued A Levels in English Language, Computing, and Physical Education. In 1994, they enrolled at the University of Worcester and completed their studies in 1998. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Sports Science and Primary Teaching.
