David Yale has extensive experience in service management and customer relations, currently serving as the North East Region Service Manager at Dionex Corporation since March 2011. In this role, David focuses on customer and employee satisfaction while managing P&L responsibilities and fostering teamwork to drive instrumentation sales. Prior to this, David held various positions at Life Technologies from October 1984 to May 2010, including Service Director, Regional Service Manager, District Service Manager, and Senior Service Engineer. David began a career in customer service at E.I. DuPont, working as a Senior Customer Service Representative from June 1978 to October 1984, with a focus on HPLC products in the Midwest and Southeast regions. David holds an AAS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology from Delaware Technical and Community College, earned between 1976 and 1978.
