Annette Kamau

Annette Kamau has a wealth of work experience in the tech and product management industry. Annette began their career in 2015 as an Intern at Safaricom. Annette then moved on to The Copycat Limited, where they served as a Senior Analyst - Innovation, Research and Product Development and a Management Trainee - Research and Development Lead. In 2017, they joined Andela as a Talent Operations Associate. In 2018, they became a Product Manager at Futures Net Limited. In 2020, they took on the role of Software Consultant at CSJ Infocom and Software Product Manager at Emerging Capital Holdings, where they were involved in the creation and deployment of financial solutions for the Mass Market and managed the development and launch of ADAM application on USSD, Mobile and web. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Diool and a Product Fellow at Venture for Africa.

Annette Kamau holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechatronic Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, which they obtained between 2010 and 2015. Annette also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2021.
