Lisa Pesce

Lisa Pesce has been working in the field of talent acquisition and human resources recruitment since 2010. Lisa began their career as Recruiting Manager at North Shore Financial Group, An Office of MetLife in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Prudential Financial as Agency Recruiter at The Prudential Insurance Company of America. In 2016, they held three roles simultaneously: Director of Talent Acquisition at CPS Financial Services, Director of Talent Acquisition, Long Island Agency at National Life Group, and Human Resources Recruiter at Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York. Currently, they are the Agency Director at Dipaola Financial Group since 2019.

Lisa Pesce obtained a Bachelor's of Art in Social Sciences Interdisciplinary from Stony Brook University between 1995 and 2000. In March 2015, they also obtained an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter certification.
