Jennifer Ward

Jennifer (Evans) Ward serves as the Group Talent and Communications Director at Halma plc since March 2014, where Jennifer is also a member of the Board of Directors. In addition, Jennifer holds the position of Non-Executive Board Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at Diploma PLC since May 2023. Previously, Jennifer has significant experience in human resources, including roles such as Senior Director at PayPal, where key HR initiatives supported multiple divisions, and SVP at Bank of America, focusing on learning and leadership development as well as HR for investment banking and treasury services. Jennifer's career spans various positions in organizational development and HR management, beginning at Honeywell in 1998. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Psychology from Oregon State University.
