Kim Steenkjær Mortensen

Kim Steenkjær Mortensen has a strong background in sales management and customer success, with experience in the IT and software industries. Kim Steenkjær co-founded Diplomasafe, a platform that helps education institutions issue secure and verifiable digital credentials. Kim Steenkjær was also the Director of Business Development & Customer Success EMEA at Komfo, where they focused on social media marketing. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Manager at Atea, providing IT infrastructure solutions in the Nordic and Baltic region. In their earlier career, they held various roles at Enalyzer Software A/S, including Head of Customer Success and Account Manager.

Kim Steenkjær Mortensen attended the International Business Academy (IBA) from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management. Prior to that, they also attended Horsens Handelsskole from 1994 to 1996. Kim has also obtained several certifications, including Upselling at Front Office from Lobster Ink, Certified Red Flag Specialist from the Identity Management Institute, and Certified issuer from Diplomasafe.
