Noa Fishman

Noa Fishman is a Learning and Development Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Diplomat Distributors since April 2024, having previously served in the same role at Matrix from August 2021 to March 2024, focusing on internal recruitment and outsourcing for the Fintech & Digital division. Prior experience includes a student internship at Manpower Israel and a role as Training Manager for security forces at the Israel Airports Authority from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included designing training programs and addressing skill gaps for organizational development. Noa holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (B.A) in Labor Studies, Sociology, and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2018 and 2021.
